[He now finally jumps to his feet to cross the room and get over to the other man, attempting to put his arms around him and pull him against his chest, partly because he needs the closeness right now - he hasn't touched Norway for way too long, and that is not even a sexual thing. He just misses him, his presence, feeling him.] Are ya just jealous or are there more reasons why ya want ta date?
[It's really tempting, to just let Denmark pull him close because it's not like Denmark is the only one who misses feeling close. And for a very brief moment Norway allows it, fingering the hem of Denmark's shirt while leaning into him.
But only for a moment, then he pulls back, keeping Denmark at arms length with a hand pressed to his chest.]
Polyamory. Means multiple loves. And it doesn't end there. Every couple defines their own rules, I guess. I don't like sharing.
[A pause, then a frown and he stares at Denmark with narrowing eyes.] Just stop and think 'bout it. I don't want ta marry ye, I don't want ta own ye. I want... [Why the hell is this so fucking awkward?
He gives a snarl, turning back to the sink and just glaring down at it.]
[Normally, the silence would not last longer than one or two seconds, but Denmark has been confused into silence, so he just stands here, hands reaching forward, out to Norway, and then takes a step to hug him again, almost automatically, as he tries to process the first half and make sense of the second. Or the other way round, who knows.]
[Norway allows it, but his glare turns into a frown that is more than a little pained. He gives a sigh, knowing that he's confusing the hell out of Denmark, and himself for that matter.]
... something no one else has, [he finally finishes, quietly, without turning to look at Denmark.]
Ya mean like a locket from yer love, or something like that, just that it is somthing that I do?
[O....kay.....???!!????] Why now? Ya never asked this before. [Nuzzle nuzzle, head on Norway's shoulder and then shifting to nuzzle against the other nation's neck.]
No. [Here's a deep sigh, frustrated and tired. It turns into a small, surprised "hngh" as Denmark nuzzles his neck and a shove that hopefully sends Denmark further away from him.]
Think it like a contract. An' we're not going ta make one before ye want it too. [A deadpan glare.] None of this really matters as long as ye don't want anything else but a best friend with sex.
[Then he quiets, tone turning softer, gaze wandering down in a very unusual manner.] Dates and the other stuff are a result, I suppose, not the reason.
...They're what comes before dating. Ya take yer girl on a date or two and send her roses and such and if she likes ya and what ya do fer her she might say okay ta dating ya or she might not and ya have ta try longer or ya're turned down.
Just that neither of us is a girl so I guess that's different, but still the courting and part of the dates comes before dating! If it wasn't that ya'd break off relationships all the time. But it's okay if ya got that wrong, it's not like ya have experience with it.
[Not that Denmark really has. He's mroe for casual hook-ups and such.]
[Norway just stares at him through all this babble and at the end of it sighs, rolling his eyes as he turns away. Explaining something like this to Denmark is like pulling hair obviously.
But then, he keeps forgetting that this Denmark is not the same as the one living in 2000's.

Squeezing the edge of the sink, Norway bites his teeth together, coming to a decision eventually.]
I'll show ye. Go home, do whatever ye do there, but be ready in two hours. I'll pick ye up. No fancy clothes, no flowers, just be ready ta go out.
[He turns to Denmark with a frown upon his brows. Go already.]
[And with that he hugs Norway once more, presses a kiss to whwatever part of the other nation's face is the closest, hugs him a bit tighter and then lets go, running our of the room waving.
He'll be ready as in wearing nice clothes and being showered when Norway shows up. And wear his brightest, happiest grin. Norway said to come pick him up!!!!!]
[Norway takes a long, hot shower, sleeps for an hour more and only gets up to quickly brush his teeth, jump into fresh clothes and throws together a quick picnic basket. He takes the car, because walking would be too much effort right now and arrives a bit late to Denmark's house. He has tactically forgotten his phone and so he had to go ring the damn bell instead of just calling Denmark.
Which is actually a good thing. Fits to his haphazardly formed plan.
When the door is opened, however, unlike usually, Norway will pull Denmark close by his hip and kiss him right to the lips. And only after that he'll say,] hei.
[Norway pulls away before Denmark can return the kiss, so all that he can do is look at the other nation and wrap an arm around his shoulders, the grin on his face growing into a smile large enough to split his head.]
[Unlike most of times, Norway doesn't push Denmark away, but keeps him close with an arm around his hips, casual but intimate.]
Sort of. [He glances back at the car, then shifts a bit, hinting of impatience.] Yer ready, right? Lets go. [He doesn't make a point of it, but nudges the hem of Denmark's shirt. It's getting chillier. Norway is wearing an ugly gray sweater. Always prepared for the weather, right?]
[Denmark doesn't mind the chill yet, he might whine a lot later because that will just mean that he has an excuse to stay close to Norway... though he does have a jacket that he grabs before pulling the door shut and reaching up to wrap an arm around Norway's shoulders.]
I'm ready! Where are we going? Ya should really start ta wear nicer clothes if ya have the money, back home I get why ya can't but here it isn't that hard, right? We could go clothes shopping tagether one day, and we'll find something fer ya! [He grins and leans over a bit, somewhat conspirational.]
Not that ya don't look gorgeous anyway, but ya could look a lot better....not like France, though. He just looks like he fell out of a fashion magazine half the time and his clothes can just be so impractical, I never got that. At least he's not stuffy like England. It's really weird how such a little crying brat could grow into such a little crying man, ya'd think he would get his things tagether at one point. And suck less in personality and such.
[Norway doesn't push Denmark away, but rather wraps his arm around his waist while guiding them both towards the car.
Comment about England makes him laugh. Norway doesn't often laugh, he smirks and chuckles, but not like this, with open amusement and a grin thrown over his lips.]

[Norway leaves Denmark to the side of the passenger's seat with a small kiss to his jaw and then finds his way to the other side. Maybe he's emphasizing it a bit, because it does feel a bit unnatural to have all this intimacy, but at the same time, Denmark is very oblivious....]
Ya're really affectionate today, Nor, that is awesome. [He doesn't bother with the safety belt (because what is that even) and instead welcomes Norway with a kiss. They aren't driving yet so stealing a kiss and a few hugs is still okay, right? Right!]
Ya should do that more often. [nuzzle nuzzle] And if ya have money now, ya could get things that are warm, comfortable and look okay.
Sorta goes with dating, [Norway says quietly as he leans past Denmark to pull on his safety belt, buckling him up before giving it a moment to kiss Denmark straight on the lips, his hand lingering on Denmark's thigh for a moment before he pulls back and fastens his own seatbelt.]
An' I don't mind how they look.
[Starting the car here, throwing an arm behind Denmark's seat while backing out from the yard.]

I don't mind how ya look, though ya look best naked. [His grin is lewd for a moment before he starts to shift and look around and act like a little kid that will ask when they will get there and complain that it needs a toilet and so on any moment.]
[Norway is a calm driver, or a lazy one, one hand on the steering wheel and one trying to find stuff to do with these stupid automatic gears that he still feels uncomfortable with.]
Not this model, [he says but then thinks about his answer again and nods.] But this is basically it. I've got something else, though. This one isn't really good with cold temperatures. And don't like the automatic gears.
[He heads to the park; the trip shouldn't take that long and they could have walked, but he's feeling lazy.]

Ya don't heat the house enough fer any reasonable person too, I bet, even though ya could afford it. Can't fault ya, though, yer place is always way too cold. Ya should stay with me more often. Here, too! We haven't spent a night tagether in ages, that really sucks. Or I could come over ta yer place, but ya have that weird thing in yer house and it might eat someone in their sleep one day and I don't want that ta be one of us.
I suppose the weather has warmed up a bit... They're talking a lot about climate change. But still too cold fer ye, 'cause yer a whiny baby. [Norway glances at Denmark from the corner of his eye, quirking one brow quietly. It's cold up in the North and that's just that. You dress for the occasion.

So it's really getting warmer? Just give it a few centuries, and it will be nice even in winter! ...though do ya think that it will get as unbearably hot as in Spain's place? That would seriously suck, ya guys in the future should do something about it.
