[It takes a moment before Denmark responds, but it's not hesitation, it's surprised, indicated by how eager his lips are. The arm that he already has around Norway stays where it is, though his hold tightens a bit, to at the same time prevent Norway from falling and pull him a bit closer.
When it ends, Denmark positively gleams with happiness, and then jokes easiely, though not before placing a quick peck on the corner of Norway's mouth:] That's good, because Fin would shoot ya if ya touched his boyfriend like that, and I like ya better without holes.
[He won't move them but raise his arm enough to reach out and push Norway's beer over towards him.]
But I mean it, ya know? That ya are my most important person.
[ Norway grabs his beer, settling against Denmark with it. Usually you wouldn't see this kind of public shows of affection from him but maybe the situation calls for a few. ]
I know, [ he says this easily and while before it might have continued with a but, now it doesn't. ]
So does that mean that I'm again allowed ta kiss ya now? [Considering that this is Denmark who normally just assumes and acts and expects to be told off by Norway if it's not okay, instead of asking priorly, asking like this is a pretty big thing.]
I dunno. [The arm that was wrapped around Norway comes up and calloused fingers brush though soft hair, drawing circles on Norway's scalp on the way.] Normally I wouldn't think so, but normally I wouldn't have made an effort ta not touch you because I didn't know if it was okay fer days. [He leans over and gives Norway another peck, this time on the corner of a brow, but that's it. He thinks he should just go back to acting normal now, but there is a last bit of insecurity, and he wants to explain that first, because their conversation slides away into meaningless banter or...other things. That they will to find a different place for.]
[ So, he means to actually make Norway say it. Norway closes his eyes momentarily as those fingers brush through his hair, enjoying the unexpectedly gentle gesture for all that it's worth. ]
... Dan, [ he says in a sigh before turning to look at him but not drawing away. There's something he hasn't seen in Denmark for a while. Not in this place. It's that something that makes him hesitate with the usual treatment. And instead he'll thread his fingers through Denmark's wild hair. ]
I'm glad that it is, then. [And with that, he will accept it. It's what he wants, anyway. To just go back to what he considers normal. But at the same time he couldn't let himself, because that might prevent it... but if Norway says that it is okay, like this...
